Our Community

Catholic Regional College Sydenham is a diverse Catholic community where students have the opportunity to engage in a variety of wonderful curricular, co - curricular and extra curricular activities. Our College was established by the local Parishioners from our Parishes. We are proud of our close association with Parishes and work to ensure our Parish Priests are involved in the life of the school. Students leading with staff supporting is the model we try to utilise as a senior secondary College in order to develop skills, passions and a sense of what is socially just before they ‘leave the nest’ to go out into the world where we hope they will continue to make a difference. With sister schools in Italy and Timor Leste as well as a study tour to New York every two years, we encourage staff and students to be active global citizens in an ever - increasing connected world. Catholic Regional College Sydenham is a community within itself but we understand that in order to prepare students for their world beyond the classroom, we must be a community connected to the broader community.
